Then, on June 2, a "Release Date Update" blog moved the launch to August 13, citing the need for extra development time on performance, stability and gameplay quality after internal testing and open beta feedback.
Notably, the official announcements pinned down dates, not hour-by-hour unlock times. Neither blog published a global unlock clock for launch day — the messaging was "August 13", and the launch trailer carried the same date.
What the team's timing pattern looked like
